Company Overview
Employee Management Services (EMS) is an Ohio-based human resource company providing strategies for small and mid-sized businesses. We implement strategic and tactical employee management solutions that save time and money, attract and retain employees, and reduce employer liability.
EMS is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and was established in 1994. We currently provide human resource solutions to over 150 client companies with 4,600 worksite employees in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Due to the financial strength and resources of our company, EMS is one of only a few PEOs in the state of Ohio to have a self-insured workers' compensation program. Our commitment to service and quality is demonstrated through our National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) membership.
